Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
For Custom PC Builds, please allow 3-5 business days for assembly, stress testing, and packaging.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Damages & Lost Packages

HZ SmartByte is responsible for ensuring your items reach you safely.

If you receive your order damaged, please take photos/videos of the packaging and the item immediately.
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim for a replacement or refund.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
