Refund Policy
1. Hardware Products (Computers, Parts & Accessories)

Returns: You have [7/14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exclusions: Software, opened consumables (like thermal paste or printer ink), and custom-built PC labor fees are non-refundable.
2. IT Support & Repair Services

Service Fees: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been performed.

Repair Warranty: We provide a [30/60/90] day warranty on all labor and repairs. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional labor cost.

Cancellations: For scheduled on-site support, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small administrative fee.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, FPX, or Bank Transfer).
